PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processor, which attains cost-reduction and miniaturization and shortens data processing time. SOLUTION: Analog data inputted to an analog input terminal 2 of a device body unit 1 are stored in a data memory 9 after prescribed processing is applied by an analog data processing circuit 3, an A/D converter 4 and a data control circuit 5. The device body unit 1 is provided with an extended unit 20, an extended connector provided in the extended unit is freely attachably and detachably connected, and data inputted to the extended unit are transferred to the device body unit 1 and stored in the data memory 9. The data control circuit 5 applies processing such as trigger processing to the data inputted to the extended unit.
