PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving picture transmitter 12, which can wirelessly transmit a moving picture in two-way through a mobile phone 11, that can extend or reduce functions of the transmitter corresponding to a required purpose of use while keeping the portability or the operability. SOLUTION: A main body case of the moving picture transmitter contains necessary minimum function components and a terminal group 19 to which function extension components, various devices or a printed circuit board can be connected is placed to the inside or the outside of the main body case and the configuration as the entire transmitter can be increased/decreased corresponding to the required functions.
