PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the symmetry of a differential switch operation of a switch drive circuit used for a digital/analog converter or the like. SOLUTION: The switch drive circuit 10 is provided with a current-voltage means where a current path connected between 1st and 2nd output nodes CN1, CN2 is formed and a current I can flow through the current path in a 1st direction from the 1st output node to the 2nd output node and in a 2nd direction from the 2nd output not to the 1st output node so as to produce a voltage between the 1st and 2nd output nodes depending no the magnitude of the current and its direction and with a switch means that switches the current from a 1st state where the current passing through the current path flows in the 1st direction into a 2nd state where the current flows in the 2nd direction depending on a control signal applied to the switch means. In the current-voltage characteristic of the current voltage conversion means, the voltage produced in the 1st state is substantially the same magnitude as but the inverted polarity to the voltage produced in the 2nd state.
