PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shielded wiring of a printed wiring board where the external influence is surely shielded not only in the thickness direction of the wiring board but also inside the board. SOLUTION: Shielding in the thickness direction of a board is naturally attained by providing vertically an upper shield pattern 22 and a lower shield pattern 20 for a wiring 21, and shielding is further attained also in a surface direction by providing sidewalls 30, 40 connected from the upper shield pattern 22 to the lower shield pattern 20. Thereby, the wiring 21 excepting a place for a window for connection of the wiring 21 is enclosed completely with a conductor. Therefore, a shielded wiring, whose shielding is extremely high and interaction between the wiring 21 and an outside electromagnetic field is completely eliminated, is realized. Therefore, even a severe signal such as a high-frequency signal and an analog signal can be transmitted in its exact waveform, without extend influence.
