<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric double layer capacitor having also a high-frequency limiting function. SOLUTION: In an electric double layer capacitor part I as a function of an electric double layer capacitor, a gel film 5 is supported between two opposite electrodes 1 and 2 through conductive fiber cloths 3 and 4. One electrode 2 is also used in a capacitor part II. A dielectric PET 7 is supported between the electrode 2 and an opposite electrode 6 to form the capacitor part II functioning also as a capacitor function.</p> |
