<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily prevent entering of a heat insulating material disposed between an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder connected with a gap in a flow passage on the inside of the inner cylinder in manufacturing and assembling. SOLUTION: A ceramic wool heat insulating material (104) is filled into a heat insulating material filling case (110) constituted of an outer peripheral member (111), an inner peripheral member (112) and an axial end wall member 113. The heat insulating material filling case is interposed between an inner cylinder (103) and an outer cylinder (101). To absorb heat contraction of the heat insulating material filling case (110), a slit (115) is provided on a part of a side facing the outer cylinder of the heat insulating material filling case. A sliding allowing part (114) in which a cover member (116) formed of the same material as that of the heat insulating material filling case the size of which is capable of sufficiently covering the slit (115) is disposed on the inside of the heat insulating material filling case (110) is provided. To eliminate a pressure difference between the inside and outside of the heat insulating material filling case (110), an equalizing hole (117) is formed in the heat insulating material filling case (110).</p> |
