PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized high frequency filter with high power for satellite where arc discharge produced between a metallic resonance rod and a waveguide inner wall or an adjustment screw is prevented. SOLUTION: A thin dielectric layer coverts the surface of the metallic resonance rod.
