PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illuminator-attaching adapter being capable of attaching a rosette type of illumination unit even at the attachment position of an illuminator having a socket arranged already without requiring any particular construction work. SOLUTION: The illuminator-attaching adapter 2 is constituted by a base 3, a connector part 4, and a rosette part 5. With this constitution, it can employ the socket arranged already at the attachment position of an illuminator represented as the ceiling or the surface of a wall to mount the rosette type of an illuminator.
