PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency induction heating unit which realizes down-sizing and low loss and improves operation efficiency. SOLUTION: The high frequency induction heating unit 1 has a coil conductor 3, a plurality of conductive plate 4 and a plurality of iron core. An assistant electrode plate 7 and dielectric member 6 are inserted to each conductive plate 4 and constructs a match condenser. By integrating the coil and the matched condenser like that, unit can be miniaturized and the coil between the fragile coil and the matched condenser can be reduced. Also, since high frequency current can be supplied from the high frequency power supply, high flexible coil having small diameter can be used and the operation efficiency of heat treatment can be improved.
