PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an address-detecting circuit which can perform address detection at a high detection rate, even if the state of data is poor. SOLUTION: According to the results of synchronous detection by a synchronous detecting circuit 200, a biphase rule checking by a biphase rule check circuit 201, and CRC error checks by a CRC1 circuit 202 and a CRC2 circuit 203, address detection is carried out under freely combined set conditions and according to the result of the error checks, an address value is selected and displayed.
