摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control mechanism for a CO2 refrigerating circuit, which is capable of effecting the optimum control of a coefficient of performance, in a supercritical vapor compression type air conditioner. SOLUTION: In a control mechanism for a vapor compression type air conditioner 190, which is provided with a refrigerating circuit constituted of a compressor 51, a gas cooler 52, an expansion valve 53 and a vaporizer 54, which are connected through pipelines 55a, 55b, 55c, 55d, and which employs CO2 as refrigerant, bypass circuits 6, 7 and a tank 1, provided in the bypass circuits 6, 7 as a temporary storing and passing member for storing or passing the refrigerant temporarily, are provided.
