PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize next frame transmission without depressing a switch again even if a frame cannot be communicated. SOLUTION: In a transmission side, data in the on/off state of switches 11 to 18 are made into the transmission frame of frame constitution by a transmission circuit 20 and data is cyclically and optically transmitted at a prescribed transmission interval corresponding to the on or off state. In a reception side, the transmission frame is sequentially received by a reception circuit 31 and a microcomputer 32 controls the operation of a load 33, based on data in the frame.
