PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield case that secures a large area by decreasing a dead space increasing on a mounting surface of a printed board. SOLUTION: Recessed-shaped main bodies 22 that cover a surface 10a of the printed board 10 by placing two of them in a pair on the surface 10a, surface-soldering parts 24 that are provided extendedly to facing surfaces 28, facing each other when the main bodies 22 are placed in a pair, to surface- mount on grounding patterns 12 of the printed board 10, and insert-soldering parts 26 that are provided extendedly to a side surface on the other end side of the facing surface 28 on which the surface-soldering part 24 is formed and inserted into mounting holes 16 provided to the printed board 10 to solder to the grounding patterns 12, are formed into a body. The main bodies 22 and the insert-soldering parts 26 are formed symmetrically with a center line orthogonal to the facing surface 28, and further the face-soldering part 24 is formed asymmetrically only on one side of the facing surface 28, thereby making minimum a width A between the main bodies 22 placed on the printed board 10 in a pair.
