PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric parts mounting device which can reduce the mounting space of electric parts or the number of parts and, at the same time, the working man-hour. SOLUTION: Cooling fins 2 respectively mounted with circuit units 3 are arranged in two rows in a state such that the fins are faced oppositely to each other and electric parts 5, such as the capacitor, etc., is held between the fins 2. In addition, the parts 5 are retained by means of lead bars 6, 7, and 8 which connect the connecting terminals 5a and 5b of the parts 5 to the connecting terminals 3a, 3b, and 3c of the circuit unit 3, and the terminals 5a and 5b are connected to the lead bars 6, 7, and 8 by means of bolts 13, 14, and 15.
