A current feeding device for dc motors, and a method of fabricating the same, wherein after motor brush-pressing plate spring members (52) having a plurality of motor brushes (54) fixed thereto are attached to a brush holding plate (51), the latter is fixed to a brush holding plate fixing member (81), in which state the brush holding plate (51) is cut at separating areas (51a) to separate the motor brushes (54) from each other, and then the motor brushes (54) are disposed on and fixed in suitable positions with respect to a commutator piece (100) and a slip ring (101) in a disk-shaped current feeding section (46).
