Medicament comprising the product of careful hydrolysis of the saponins of Ruscus aculeatus L. (Libaceae), useful as antiinflammatory agent, vasoconstrictors and fibrinolytics, of the heparinic type. It may be administered orally, rectally, parenterally or percutaneously to prevent and treat circulatory disorders.
