PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming method and an image forming device where releasing ability is secured without being coated with a great quantity of silicon oil, winding of an image supporting body to a roll when heat fixing is not generated, where there is no soiling or sticking of a finished image and no generation of a problem even when the image with a large amount of toner attached to it is processed at a high speed. SOLUTION: In an image forming method where an electrostatic latent image formed on a photoreceptor is developed by developer containing toner, a toner image formed on the photoreceptor is transferred to the image supporting body and fixing with a fixing device consisting of a fixing roll that is in contact with the toner image above and a pressure roll that is installed facing the fixing roll, a surface of the fixing roll above is coated with a fluorinated resin layer containing sphaerite with diameter of 3 to 50 μm and quantity of the release oil that is coated is made to be <=2 mg per A4 size. |
