<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constitution for improving data transmission efficiency without delaying the transmission/reception of transmission data in a network. SOLUTION: A protocol conversion repeating device 2 to which a terminal 1 or 3 having a transmission band width manager 1a or 3a, a transmission band width monitor 1b or 3b and a transmission quantity control part 1c or 3c is connected through a plurality of networks different in line transmission speed, a low transmission speed line 4 and a high transmission speed line 5, for example, and has a transfer band width control part 2a changing transmission band width between the plurality of networks. The transmission band with monitor 1b or 3b monitors the transmission band width of transmission data between the first terminal and the second terminal 3. The transmission quantity control part 1c or 3c controls remaining valid band width being monitored transmission band width and the transmission band width of transmission data is transmitted to the low transmission speed line 4 and the high transmission speed line 5.</p> |
