PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a means for informing an accident site position and condition in real time at the time of accident occurrence does not exist conventionally. SOLUTION: The accident notification apparatus is provided with a GPS receiver 401 for obtaining position information indicating a present position on the basis of a signal from a GPS satellite, an air bag 601 for detecting the collision of vehicles, a vehicle 301 for inputting the position information from the GPS receiver on the basis of the operation of the air bag and mounting a wireless terminal 501 transmitted to a recipient presetting the position information by wireless, and a position information control terminal 701 for receiving the position information through a communication network and displaying the emission position of the vehicle together with the nearest map data according to the position information. Thus, the grapping of accident occurrence such as an automobile accident and a system quickly dispatching a rescue vehicle and a rescue vehicle can be economically realized in a general purpose manner. |
