摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide two operation modes which are a manual operation mode wherein the resistance of the secondary variable resistors are adjusted and an automatic operation mode wherein the motor is automatically operated by an inverter. SOLUTION: A means 25 with which a power supply 2 is connected to the primary side of a wire-wound motor 21, means 26 and 27 with which a frequency/voltage variable inverter 24 is connected to the primary side of the motor 21, and a means 28 by which leads wires 34 with which the carbon brushes 21-2 of the secondary side of the motor are connected to secondary variable resistors 22 are short-circuited and opened, are provided. A means 6 which outputs a command of switching the operation is connected to a means 23 which controls the means 25, 26, 27 and 28. If the manual operation is commanded by the operation switching means, the control means connects the power supply directly to the motor and opens the short-circuiting/opening means to turn on the secondary variable resistors whose values are manually adjusted to start the motor and control the revolution of the motor. If the automatic operation is commanded by the operation switching means, the control means connects the inverter to the motor and switches the operation to the automatic operation.
