PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure novel visibility by contriving the constitution of a instrument panel and an incident way for light thereon to allow negative lighting and positive lighting for the instrument panel. SOLUTION: Both light sources 60, 90 are switchedly lit between under a light circumstance and under a dark circumstance according to a vehicle existing condition, and display colors in potions other than both scale displaying parts 11, 12 of the instrument panel 10 and indicator parts 13 thereof and display colors in the both scale displaying parts 11, 12, the indicator parts 13 and both luminescent pointers 90 are inverted, each other, thereby to form a relation between the negative lighting and the positive lighting.
