PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation training simulator capable of predictably calculating the set value of plant abnormal phenomena and generating the plant abnormal phenomena by the arithmetic result. SOLUTION: A plant state signal simulated by a plant simulator 3 is displayed and outputted to the alarm and the display of a simulation central control panel and an operation command to the simulator 3 is inputted from the panel 4. An operation training auxiliary device 2 predictively calculates the set value of plant abnormal event and displays and outputs the result.
