<p>Use of (quinolin-2-yl-methoxy)phenylacyl-sulphonamides and -cyanamides of formula (I), in which A, B, D, E, L and G are identical or different and represent hydrogen, hydroxyl, halogen, carboxyl, nitro, trifluoromethyl, trifluoromethoxy or a group of the formula -NR3R4, in which R?3 and R4¿ are identical or different and denote hydrogen, straight-chain or branched alkyl having up to 8 carbon atoms or aryl having 6 to 10 carbon atoms, represent straight-chain or branched alkyl, alkoxy or alkoxycarbonyl in each case having up to 12 carbon atoms, represent aryl having 6 to 10 carbon atoms, R1 represents cycloalkyl having 3 to 8 carbon atoms; R2 represents hydrogen or straight-chain or branched alkyl having up to 10 carbon atoms, represents an alkali metal, represents cycloalkyl having 3 to 8 carbon atoms; X represents a group of the formula -SO2-R5, in which R5 denotes trifluoromethyl or straight-chain or branched alkyl having up to 10 carbon atoms, or denotes aryl having 6 to 10 carbon atoms; or X represents cyano for the treatment and prevention of glomerular nephritis, lung cancer, multiple sclerosis, ocular inflammation, osteoporosis, reperfusion injury and tinnitus.</p> |
