PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a characteristic adjustment circuit that can easily adjust characteristics of a microwave circuit in a microwave integrated circuit device or the like. SOLUTION: The characteristic adjustment circuit for a microwave circuit is configured by providing 1st stubs 7a, 7b with a prescribed interval in a direction orthogonal to a strip line 1 of the microwave circuit of a dielectric substrate 6 and placing a 2nd stub having a stub space part 2 and whose one end is connected to the 1st stubs 7a, 7b and whose other end is floated from the front side of the 1st stubs 7a and the strip line 1 so as to be separated spatially between the strip line 1 and the 1st stub 7a and between the 1st stubs 7a, 7b. Smashing the stub space part 2 presses itself into contact with the strip line 1 and the 1st stub 7a so as to adjust the entire length of the stubs connected to the strip line 1 and the impedance of the strip line 1. |
