PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress lowering of precision when complicated control of a supply hot water temperature is executed in a latent heat recovery hot water supply apparatus. SOLUTION: A water heater (1) is provided with a neutralizing device (3) to mix city water flowing through a branch pipe (11) branched from a supply water pipe (9) to neutralize drain. A flow rate sensor (25) is situated in the portion, of the supply water pipe (9) situated upper stream and extending to a heat-exchanger (4), and detects a flow rate of city water. A supply hot water temperature control device (21) controls a supply hot water temperature by using a detected value. Since the branch position of the branch pipe 11 is situated upper stream from a position where the flow rate sensor (25) is situated, a detecting value is a value in a spot where a change hardly occurs after an influence by branching is exercised. |
