PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently transport a object to be transported from one clean room to the other clean room without damaging it, while keeping a high cleanliness, degree. SOLUTION: Plural shelf boards 29, on which cases 9a storing the objects of transportation are placed, support poles 21a and 21b supporting the shelf racks, support tools 23 pressing and supporting the surfaces of the cases, buffer relief means 20 and 23, which are interposed between a case contact face and a container casing 10 and relieve shock from outside, a filter 13 filtering air in a container and a blast means 11 circulating air in the container through the filter, are installed. The fixing positions of the shelf boards and the support tools can be varied vertically. The buffer relief means are incorporated between the casing and the support poles and in the support tools. A door, which can be opened/closed while a part with the door of a clean room side where the case is transferred, is kept in a closed state at the same time is installed in the casing. |
