PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp the opening and closing condition of an opening and closing valve. SOLUTION: This fluid control valve is provided with a stator 14 having a coil 15, a rotor 16 rotating due to excitation by conducting electricity to the coil 15, a rotary shaft 18 of the rotor 16, a bulkhead 23 provided between the stator 14 and the rotor 16, a rotation position detection means of the rotor, a conversion means 34 which is locked in the rotary shaft 18 of the rotor to convert the rotation of the rotor 16 into linear movement, 8 valve element 35 locked in the conversion means to open and close a flow passage, and a position detection means 44 of the valve element. Consequently, it is possible to grasp the position of the rotor 16 and grasp that the valve element 35 is not closed even when the valve element 35 is opened irrespective of the rotation of the rotor 16.
