PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize plug-in execution of a web browser for built-in equipment in dynamic link form. SOLUTION: A plug-in module loader 105 mounted on the built-in equipment 100 expands a plug-in module written on an external medium 200 such as an ATA card in a plug-in download area 104 and sets the expanded address and plug-in module name in a common area 103. The web browser 102 analyzes by a tag analysis part 101 a special HTML tag specifying a plug-in module in HTMD data sent from a WWW server 400 through the Internet 300, retrieves the corresponding plug-in module according to the plug-in module name set in the common area 103, and actuates the plug-in module when the module is present.
