PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized resonator having an inductor with a high Q, a filter and a filter module. SOLUTION: Slit via-holes 45a-45e for inductor stacked side by side in the direction of sheets 35-39 constitute a columnar inductor L. A frequency adjustment capacitor pattern 47 is opposed to capacitor pattern 46a and 46b with sheets 36 and 37 in-between respectively to form a capacitor C. Furthermore, the capacitor pattern 46a on the sheet 36 is directly connected to the tip of the slit via-hole 45b for inductor. Similarly, the capacitor pattern 46b on a sheet 38 is directly connected to the tip of the slit via-hole 45d for inductor. The inductor L and the capacitor C are electrically connected to form an LC parallel resonance circuit.
