PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain the simplification of a device, the reduction of the number of parts and the reduction of a space by pressurizing a stack of paper monies upon receiving and sending them with the same driving mechanism. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a paper money paying part 10 having a stacking space 19 for stacking paid paper monies, a received paper money paying-out part 12 provided at the lower part of the paper money paying part for receiving paper monies in a stack state and separating and paying out paper monies one by one, a stage mechanism 22 which is provided at the lower position capable of stacking the paper monies in a paid money carrying means provided at a fixed reference position at the upper part of the stacking space 19 of the paper money paying part 10, has a paying paper money supporting part 20 for pressurizing the paying stacked paper monies to the paying money carrying means at the sending of a stack of paper monies and a received paper money pressuring part 21 for pressurizing the stacked paper monies received in the received paper money paying-out part 12 and is lowered with the decrease of the received paper monies, and a driving part 23 for vertically moving the stage mechanism.
