PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of freely changing matrix data. SOLUTION: This method includes decision processing A1 that decides whether to be input processing that inputs the matrix data or setting processing that sets the matrix data, matrix data change request processing A2 which includes a step (A2-1) in which an input message is displayed, a step (A2-2) in which key arrangement conversion data is waited for and a step (A2-3) in which the key arrangement conversion data is prepared and stored in a nonvolatile memory when the decision processing decides that it is the input processing, and matrix data setting processing A3 which includes a step (A3-2) in which the nonvolatile memory storing the key arrangement conversion data by the processing A2 is read and changed data are retrieved and a step (A3-3) in which the changed data are set in a keyboard controller, and freely changes the matrix data.
