<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preferentially process the work of high priority in a production line. SOLUTION: The transportation work decision processing part 13 of a transportation controller 1 verifies the presence or absence of an express work which can be worked by a prescribed work device in the range of a present process and a former process. When the express work exists, the express work whose necessary time until it arrives at the work device is minimum is selected among the existing express works and minimum necessary time is calculated. Then, necessary time to the work termination of the next regular work which can be worked in the prescribed work device is calculated. The minimum necessary time of the express work is compared with the minimum necessary time of the express work. It is decided whether the express work or the regular work is to be transported to the work device based on a size comparison result between the minimum necessary time of the express work and the necessary time of the regular work.</p> |
