PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless network where a terminal having a slightly small traffic load makes a request of a channel for transmission of user data. SOLUTION: In this wireless network having at least one base station that exchanges user data and control data and a plurality of assigned terminals, the base station receives a reservation request of a channel for transmission of user data from a terminal and then stores the reservation request when the base station cannot assign a channel to the terminal.
