<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photointerrupter, where with a low-cost configuration, a light-emitting element device and a light-receiving element device are fitted to a recessed case. SOLUTION: Related to a photointerrupter 1, a light-emitting a element device 6 and a light-receiving element device 7, where lenses 6a and 7a are so formed as to protrude forward, are, facing each other, housed in a case 2 of recessed opaque synthetic resin mold. The side surfaces of lenses 6a and 7a of the light-emitting element device 6 and light-receiving element device 7 are placed on end surface 5x and 5y of opening parts 5a and 5b formed on the inside surfaces, facing each other of the case 2, for engagement, while outside surfaces 2x and 2y on the left and light of the case 2 are bent to form pressurized parts 2u and 2v, pressurizing the rear surfaces of light-emitting element device 6 and light-receiving element device 7 for fitting to the case 2.</p> |
