PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust feed technology for feeding refuse thrown in from a refuse inlet continuously while ensuring a passage of water produced through dewatering at a squeezing section and feeding sufficiently dewatered refuse while shaping into small uniform masses. SOLUTION: A pair of feed screws 2, 2 having a screw lade 20 projecting from the outer circumference are juxtaposed in a tubular casing 3 such that the facing sides turn downward from above. A refuse feed guide 5 having forward end part extending into an incinerator 9 is coupled with the forward end of the tubular casing through a constricted part 4. A refuse inlet 6 is formed at the base end part of the tubular casing and a drain outlet 70 is formed in front of the constricted part.
