An integrated circuit device equipped with a device body (1) having a specified circuit function of producing an output corresponding to an input is provided with a power supply section (4) for generating a specified internal power required for operating the integrated circuit device by taking in electromagnetic wave energy given externally through a coil (3), a circuit (operation control section (5)) for collecting correction data on the device body (1) by measuring the output of the device body (1) in a specified operating environment, and a nonvolatile memory (6) for storing therein the correction data. Variations in the output from the device body (1) and in the output characteristics thereof due to individual difference are corrected simply and efficiently by correcting the output from the device body during use of the integrated circuit device using the correction data stored in the nonvolatile memory.
