<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process assessment tool which reduces and designs environment load in a manufacture process and which is effective for valuable evaluation. SOLUTION: A data input part 1 having a section data input 2, a step data input 3 and a consumption material input 4, a data operation (data processing) part 5 connected to a power environment load database 6, a fossil fuel environment load database 7 and a material environment load database 8, a display part 9 provided with integrating graph, circle graph and radar chart display units are used. Data inputted by the data input part 1 is operated with data from the database connected to the data operation (data processing) part 5. Thus, energy consumption quantity and the environment load quantity of carbon dioxide, sulfur oxide and nitrogen oxide can be calculated. Then, effective information on the reduction/designing of environment load in a manufacture process can be supplied/realized by visualizing the operated result on the display part 9.</p> |
