PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic vehicle assessment system, with which a properly assessed price can be calculated anytime based on actuation contract result information, and a recording medium with recorded program for automatic vehicle assessment. SOLUTION: The auction contract result information of coincident basic vehicle information such as car type is selected more than a specified number out of vehicle information contained in a vehicle information storage means 11a and a contract result information storage means 12a by a contract result information selecting means 21a, an average value is calculated from respective assessed prices contained in that information by an average value calculating means 22a, the respective contract prices are compared with the average value by a control operating means 23a and when the contract price most deviated from the average value is out of the range of allowable values, the average value is calculated again based on the remaining contract prices except for the contract price. When the differences between respective contract prices and the average value are settled within the range of allowable values, that average value is calculated as the assessed value of the assessment object vehicle.
