METHOD OF INSPECTING WIRE CONNECTION PART

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect voids in the connection part of a steel-reinforced aluminum cable. SOLUTION: This method is for inspecting the connection part of a steelreinforced aluminum cable formed by disposing aluminum cable around a steel core, wherein the internal condition of the connection part is inspected by means of an eddycurrent crack detection method where the frequency of an excitation signal for inducing eddy current in the connection part is set to any of 300 to 800 Hz.
