<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an inspection method in which a decision can be made in a short time whether a hologram color filter has specified optical characteristics or not using a simple apparatus in the manufacturing process. SOLUTION: In the inspection method for a hologram color filter 1 comprising an array of condensing hologram for separating color of white light through diffraction, white light 10 impinging at a specified incident angleθis diffracted and the wavelength distribution is determined for outgoing primary light 11R, 11G, 11B thus inspecting the hologram color filter for possession of specified optical characteristics.</p> |
