PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing method and an image processing unit that can correct gradation jumping depending on a kind of image data. SOLUTION: The method of this invention is an image processing method for multi-value color image data generated by computer graphics and includes an identification step where whether the color image data are RGB image data or CMYK image data is identified, and an attaching process where random number data are attached to the color image data only when the identification step identifies that the color image data are the CMYK image data, that is, the random number data are attached to the CMYK image data only. |
