PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a bimetallic ring difficult by a valve disc to be struck.0 SOLUTION: A valve disc 11 is arranged within a pressure transformation chamber 4 formed by inner and outer annular valve seats 6, 7 and a cover member 5. An ended bimetallic ring 13 is arranged on a conical oblique surface part 12 formed on an outer periphery of the outer annular valve seat 7. An annular plate 14 is arranged between the valve disc 11 and the bimetallic ring 13. The valve disc 11 has a cylinder part 15 which is projected downward on the outer periphery and is located at the outside of the outer annular valve seat 7. The cylinder part 15 of the valve disc 11 is larger than the annular plate 14 in inside diameter and is located on an upper side of the annular plate 14. Steam passing between the outer annular valve seat 7 and the valve disc 11 at high speed and spreading into a pressure transformation chamber 4 flows downward along an inner wall of the cylinder part 15 formed on the valve disc 11 and energizes the annular plate 14 downward. Therefore, the annular plate 14 is hardly sucked upward and so the bimetallic ring 13 is hardly struck by the valve disc 11 via the annular plate 14.
