PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute inter-equipment communication in spite of a partial communication fault in a network. SOLUTION: Each server 102 transmits a monitor agent 201A to a specified communication possible CRT display device 104-n for relaying when direct data communication is impossible between the servers 102 owing to a partial abnormality in a network state with the opposite server 102. In the CRT display device 104-n for relaying, the monitor agent 201A is received and transmitted again to the opposite server 102 being a request destination via the networks 105 and 106 to execute communication and, then, mutual communication is executed by returning it again to the server 102 being a request source by way of the CRT display device 104-n for relaying.
