PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means forming an excellent image at high speed as for the image forming device adopting a second intermediate transfer body. SOLUTION: This image forming device enables an excellent image to be formed, by realizing the high efficiency transfer by setting the temperature so as to satisfy the relation T2<T3, wherein T2 is the toner surface temperature at the secondary transferring time and T3 is the toner surface temperature at the third transferring time.
