PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-sided printer by which one processing both-side printing is realized at high speed by preventing scattering found in terms of powder toner and reverse transfer. SOLUTION: A heating means to heat a toner image transferred on recording paper from a front face is provided in the carrying path of the recording paper reaching a fixing unit from an image forming means. Also, a cooling means to cool and solidify the toner image is provided in the carrying path of the recording paper reaching the fixing unit from the heating means.
