PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiator, which is easy to manufacture and can freely set the shape, size, array and the like of a fin part. SOLUTION: A plurality of radiating fin elements 12 are structured with a pin fin part 17, by forming in parallel a plurality of slits 16 into a thin plate 15 formed with a thermally conductive material, and have a laminate 14 laminated via a spacer 13 disposed along an edge part of two sides perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of 16 slits of the thin plate 15 between the elements 12. |
