PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner suitable for transmission of apparatus control information necessary to monitoring and maintenance to a remote manager by air conditioners situated in a state to be dispersed in spots. SOLUTION: In an air conditioner provided with a control device 30 to hold control information, such as operation date of a refrigerating cycle and data related to prevention maintenance of an apparatus, a monitoring device 50 is provided to comprise a subsidary communication means 57 connected to the control device 30 and retrieving control information and an alarm, a memory means 56 to store the retrieved control information, a data editing means 54 to edit control information in the memory means 56 in a predetermined format, a converting means 53 to convert edited control information to an HTML file format, a host communication means to transmit the converted control information and alarm through a telephone circuit, and a computing means 59 to control each means. |
