PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch control device that does not provide a sense of incongruity to an operator during time lug of clutch engagement even at a shift time just after an engine is started from a vehicle parking state. SOLUTION: The clutch control device of a transmission comprises a hydraulic clutch in which a pressure oil from a hydraulic pump is supplied to a plurality of clutch chambers corresponding to a speed stage through a clutch hydraulic control valve and a conduit corresponding to each of the plurality of clutch chambers, the clutches are engaged, and power from the engine is transmitted through a selected speed stage, and a controller for outputting a control signal to the clutch hydraulic control valve corresponding to the selected speed stage at shifting. The controller outputs a spare trigger signal for filling oil into each conduit to each clutch hydraulic control valve when the engine is started.
