SIGNAL ATTENUATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature variable signal attenuator whose change in the attenuation by the change of the temperature can be set to a set target value. SOLUTION: A 1st attenuator 1t is aπor T type resistor attenuator not being a temperature variable attenuator and aπtype temperature variable attenuator is adopted for a 2nd attenuator 2t connected in cascade with the 1st attenuator 1t as the post-stage of the attenuator 1t. A thermistor is connected in parallel with a resistor through which a signal of the pre-stage amplifier circuit is delivered to the post-stage amplifier circuit among resistors of the 2nd attenuator 2t. Furthermore, a 3rd attenuator of a similar configuration to that of the 1st attenuator 1t is connected in cascade with the 2nd attenuator as a 3rd-stage.
