<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit device which is of simpler constitution and is easily designed, without having to increase the load imposed on a wiring technique or a circuit pattern exposure technique. SOLUTION: A circuit device is equipped with an optical path 101 as a three- dimensional body which serve as an optical path for optical communication, a circuit layer 105 possessed of a circuit pattern formed like an outer shell around the optical path, and optical communication parts 102 and 103, which form a part of the circuit containing the circuit pattern.</p> |
